Q: What are your hours?
Both Second Generation Thrift Shoppe and Generation Gap (Furniture, Collectibles, Heirloom, Antiques) are open :
Sunday 12 - 4:30 pm
Monday - Friday 9 - 5 pm
Saturday 9 - 4 pm
Q: What types of donations do you accept?
Just about everything and anything in reasonably good shape as well as antique items in good shape.
Q: What types of donations do you NOT accept?
Clothing that is stained, torn, missing buttons, etc., broken or non-working items, mattresses, box springs, computers, TV's & appliances. When these items are left at the shoppe it consumes Staff time and sometimes fills our dumpster beyond capacity which leads to extra disposal fees.
Q: Do you accept men's clothing?
Definitely yes.
Q: When can you bring donations?
Donations can be brought during Second Generation Thrift Shoppe hours on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays or by calling ahead at 430-9482. At times we can become so backed up with donations that we cannot store or sort and price them. At those times there may be a period of time when donations are not accepted.
Generation Gap Furniture Barn donations can be accepted when prior arrangements have been made by calling 603 430-9482.
